Manufactured by our Company for over thirty years since the 1970s for its inventor, Dr. Galetti, a noted dental technician, the Galetti Articulator® represents a well-known, very popular orthodontic instrument. Its function is to reproduce mandibular-jaw articulation to allow the dental technician to construct fixed and mobile implants.
The Galetti Articulator® is manufactured entirely by our company, using, in addition to specific presses, the machinery in our finishing department, more specifically numerically controlled milling machines and turning machines, assembly benches with dedicated processing areas, and finally, vibrating ball mills to obtain glossy surfaces.
All avant-garde implants that produce the highest constructive precision with very narrow tolerances, characteristics which have defined the success of this product. During the assembly phase each articulator is manually assembled and calibrated, passing a meticulous and rigid inspection.

Exported all over the world, especially thanks to large scale distributors in the sector, the Galetti Articulator® is composed of 46 pieces in brass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and copper, primarily obtained from calibrated drawn bars.

Attention, the brand Galetti® is a registered trademark for all the dental technician products.
Over the course of time, other manufacturers have tried to imitate the design of our product, marketing items that seem to be vaguely inspired by the Galetti Articulator® with unsatisfactory results, from both a utilitarian and quality standpoint.
Furthermore, there are also attempted imitations from Asian manufacturers, which have copied the form, using materials and tolerances which are approximated, resulting in functionality and durability that are absolutely incomparable to our original Galetti Articulator®.

Use in the laboratory and dental studios
1. Check occlusal adjustment.
2. Assess the intercuspal position (Centric Occlusion)
3. Adjust the occlusal interferences on the dental implant.
4. Refer to the occlusal diagram plans. The Galetti Articulator allows the user to control the occlusal balance and the dental articulation relative to different types of implants. Constant assessment of mandibular movement can be made by adjusting the articulator.

Partial Implant: Articulation will be determined based on remaining natural teeth. This operation can be executed by loosening the front ball joint.

Total Implant: Balanced occlusion relative to Front, Rear and Lateral excursion can be determined, allowing the models to move freely along the hinge axis. Position the implant in the desired direction to obtain selective adjustment. This operation will eliminate any cuspal interference.
Orthodontics: The models can be assembled to assess correction and course reduction.

Bridges and Crowns: Prior to completing repairs it is possible to assess a functional wax test model based on the type of occlusal diagram required.
Instructions for use:
– Cement and refinish the models to fasten them to the upper and lower arcs of the articulator.
– Loosen the front and rear ball joints.
– Position the upper and lower models into their respective arcs.
– Tighten the front traction screws to lock and firmly position each model.
– Adjust the models to a correct occlusal ratio.
– Tighten the rear ball joint.
– Tighten the front ball joint.
